The well-appointed kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and worktop area and comes with integrated dish washer and extractor, double sink and a large fridge-freezer.

From the kitchen, a hallway leads to the master bedroom with its floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, air-conditioning and French windows leading out onto the loggia.

At the end of the hallway is the modern family bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and washing machine cupboard.

Next to the bathroom is the second bedroom, also with ample wardrobe space, that enjoys early morning sun and direct access out onto the eastern terrace. 

This terrace has secure storage for outdoor furniture, etc. and features mountain views plus a glimpse of the sea and the Albanian mountains over the olive groves.

The front door, protected by a security gate for secure lock-up-and-leave out of season, leads out into the portico where a flight of wide balustraded marble steps gives access to the garden.

 There is further useful storage in the ground floor boiler room, which also houses the central heating oil tank and a back-up water storage tank with power pump.  Also in the garden is a sizeable timber workshop that would be ideal as a studio or simply for storing gardening equipment, and there is ample parking for 4 cars on the hard standing.

The garden itself is mostly laid to grass with a few fruit trees – lemon, cherry plum and olives – and a variety of shrubs, and there is ample room to install a swimming pool.
