This terrace has secure storage for outdoor furniture, etc. and features mountain views plus a glimpse of the sea and the Albanian mountains over the olive groves.

There is further useful storage in the ground floor boiler room, which also houses the central heating oil tank and a back-up water storage tank with power pump. The garden itself is mostly laid to grass with a few fruit trees – lemon, cherry plum and olives – and a variety of shrubs, and there is ample room to install a swimming pool.
